“Great hotel on the bay in Erie. Staff was extremely courteous and came to work through winter storm Ezra. Loved the bar in the evening and the Starbucks in the morning. Easy covered parking. ”

“I arrived late at night and expected check-in to be a bit of a struggle, but it was actually super easy and took less than five minutes. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online.
