“We booked 2 rooms for two nights. The safes in both rooms were not working. We notified them right away. They couldn’t fix them on night one and they said they’d send maintenance asap at 9 am the next day. Checked with them again in morning and then told by 9:30 am maintenance would come. We waited. By 10:15 maintenance still didn’t arrive and we had to start our day. Communicated with hotel 4x. They have a policy that if they can’t make something wrong with room right, the first night is on……

“The econo Lodge should not be accredited to be on the Expedia website. This hotel is not up to standard or code for stays to be charged a fee for lodging. None of the pictures listed or shown on the Expedia website are the pictures of the hotel conditions and or room conditions. I made a verbal complaint with the front desk staff and asked for a refund and I was told no and I was also told that I should be charged a deposit fee for a rundown hotel which should be a motel. Not to be judgmental……

“Oliver’s rooftop was horrible. Waitress took our drink order and never came back. 30 minutes later my husband went to the bar to get drink, only then did they bring what we ordered originally. Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own……

“The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was not open for the entire stay; other people continued to use it despite that. We did not. The staff seems to be making great efforts to improve the property. They even left to buy items we needed during our stay. The entire property smells like smoke. I am unsure if there is a smoking permitted room: but people smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. It was annoying at best and definitely a concern for anyone with asthma or anyone who just hates……
