“We booked 2 rooms for two nights. The safes in both rooms were not working. We notified them right away. They couldn’t fix them on night one and they said they’d send maintenance asap at 9 am the next day. Checked with them again in morning and then told by 9:30 am maintenance would come. We waited. By 10:15 maintenance still didn’t arrive and we had to start our day. Communicated with hotel 4x.
They have a policy that if they can’t make something wrong with room right, the first night is on……
