“This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer……

“Apartments were great, clean, spacious and fabulous view of the city. Had access to gym and pool as well. Pool had a nice view but was not as clean as I’d like.”

“My husband and I visit here at this location. Both first time. The view is wonderful and spacious had a great patio, inside had one crack by door and one peeling inside shower. Other than that,We highly recommend this place! Very peaceful,Quite A few youngsters in and out but your located on deep ellum all bars and clubs. The host were amazing! Great with communication , Great walking distance. We appreciate our stay we also clean very good respect for the property ☺️ . We loved how comfortable……

“Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.”
