"airport shuttle never came, they say it is included but is not, we needed to arrange private transportation to the hotel. They said they are too busy and shuttle service is never enough"

"Pool was completely out of order for the entire 5 day stay with algae. Room didn’t get cleaned or restocked. Coffee was literally cold and the breakfast was mediocre at best. If you have kids and planning on using the pool, find a different place to stay. "

"While parking was convenient the breakfast menu was limited. The best thing was the staff and cleaning staff. The hotel itself need to be upgraded."

"I wanted to save money and booked 1 night here. I was very disappointed, the room was very clean, but smelled like strong chemicals they are using to clean. Sheets were humid, pillows are very very firm like a rock, bed is old not comfy. There was no hot water, it was warm but not hot. Shower door didn’t close properly. Window was opening but there was a hole so I didn’t bother to open. Really outdated. Not coming back. "
