"Staff was customer orientated. My standard suite room was more than standard and everything was immaculate. The new bed was soft but I like hard beds. The bathroom was the best since it had a door into the bedroom and into the entry way."

"Clean and nice room. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not awful. The fact that we were there 5 days and the tv wouldn't work was bad. Maintenance never came to fix it. It's a non smoking facility but they were allowing our neighbors to smoke Marijuana and burn incense to give the smell. Made me nauseous and get a migraine. When speaking with the office, their solution was for us to move to a different room on a different floor. That was a huge inconvenience. Would like to have booked to stay for another trip but after the issues, doubtful. "

"This hotel is an all time favourite of mine and the staff that work throughout this hotel are some of the best I’ve come across. I would always recommend this hotel to friends and work colleagues. "

"The staff was very helpful during a hotel system outage. They were very patient and efficient. I think the rooms could use a little bit of updating, but besides that everything was clean and comfy. Maintenance helped us fix a charger problem very fast."
