Large estate with swimming pool up to 31 people in 5 independent cottages

Ideal for spending your holidays with family or friends. You can meet in our area with 8 independent lodgings (11 rooms) surrounded by nature with private pool and large terraces for your meals.

The rental consists of:

* Gîte La Grande Bâtisse: 4 bedrooms, kitchen area, full bathroom, large terrace
* Gîte n ° 1: 3 bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Cottage n ° 2: 3 bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Iris Cottage: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area, full bathroom
* Looky Cottage: 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area and bathroom.

You will have access to the domain's swimming pool - open from May to the end of September.

Ideal for your holidays with families or friends: Swimming pool, playground for children, trampoline, ping-pong pétanque for the older children under the shade of chestnut trees.

-The CHASSEZAC river is close to 500m to 1km with many bathing places.

-Possibilities nearby: paragliding, canyoning, horse riding, hiking or relaxing hikes with the ascent of the bar greenhouse from the farmhouse by the path of the shepherdesses to discover absolutely (drop of 400m in 1 km500), climbing, via ferrata tree climbing , tennis, badmington, quad, and of course canoeing with either the descent of the Chassezac allow 2 to 3 hours or the descent of the Ardèche provide for the largest (32 kms) 1 day with possibility of bivouac over 2 days.

-You can also discover the Virade du Batistou, a short hike in the town of Gravières for the whole family.

-Museums of the surroundings: Museum area of the Pays des Vans, mini farm, Chauvet cave exhibition in Vallon Pont d'Arc Pont d'Arc, Ardèche 1900 museum in Saint Paul le Jeune, Commanderie Templière de Jalès in Berrias

Wonderful venue for families
This is a wonderful property for large extended families. Lovely pool and close to river bathing. The host, Christof was extremely friendly and very helpful when making reservations for local activities.

Un week end entre amis parfait
Nous avions réservé l’ensemble du domaine pour deux jours entre ami(e)s . Ce fut un week end superbe … nous avons vraiment apprécié les installations et les équipements , comme un petit hameau . Le lieu a une âme et est très bien situé . Les chambres sont toutes (11) confortables et bien décorées, les espaces communs sont bien agencés et il y a de quoi s’amuser ( très beau jeu de boules , Ping Ping , piscine ,…) La cerise sur le gâteau c’est l’accueil très bienveillant des propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable . Un grand merci à Christophe , Arlette et toute la famille . Les délicieuses madeleines d’Arlette n’ont pas fait un pli , et les confitures ont fait l’unanimité . Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse , merci à Christophe pour son humour et pour avoir su nous raconter l’histoire du lieu . A bientôt certainement … Stephane

J'avais réservé ce gîte pour être avec ma famille pour mes 50 ans. L'endroit est parfait pour les réunions de famille. IL y a suffisamment d'espace pour être ensemble sans se marcher sur les pieds. Mention spéciale pour Christophe et sa maman qui ont été super accueillants et disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Encore merci pour tout!

Les propriétaires pleins de surprise et d'une gentillesse hors norme avec le coeur sur la main ! Très bel emplacement. Spacieux ,la région est très belle. Peut-être qu'au lieu de sécuriser (??)tout l'espace détente près de la piscine Serait-il plus judicieux de sécuriser uniquement la piscine et laisser l'espace autour accessible. Nous avions trois portillons à surveiller dont certains s'ouvraient facilement d'autres difficilement . Nous souhaitons rester anonymes

Un magnifique endroit et un très bel accueil
Parfait pour une réunion de famille et amis, nous avions réservé tous les gîtes pour faire l’anniversaire surprise de mon épouse et au top !!!! Bien adapté pour les bébés et enfants il y a tout ce qu’il faut (lits parapluie, chaise haute, et les jeux et surtout la piscine sécurisée…) Un accueil au top, les propriétaires ont aidé pour l’arrivée de l’anniversaire surprise. L’endroit est très agréable au calme, des espaces pour tous à la fois pour se réunir mais aussi pour se poser tranquille avec un bon livre….. Bref je recommande vivement ce domaine qui en plus reste à un prix raisonnable au vu des prestations. Merci aux propriétaires

Week-end de rêve pour les 50 ans de ma fille
Nous avons été accueilli par une famille formidable et accueillante Géraldine Christophe et la belle-mère des gens extraordinaires, ils ont été complice pour préparer l’anniversaire de ma fille, car nous venons un peu de partout et comme c’était une surprise c’était très compliqué, les gîtes sont très prop rien à dire, nous avions la piscine à disposition mais hélasse un peu froide pour le 1er mai. Des très belles balades autour et j’ai eu la surprise le 1er mai d’avoir un très beau bouquet de muguet qui m’a énormément touché, je recommande ce gîte à 100 % pour des anniversaires, des grandes occasions. Et merci encore à l’accueil de ses propriétaires. Christine.

Un endroit idéal pour une cousina le temps d'un week-end
Nous étions 19, venus ici pour une cousinade, le temps d'un week-end. Le lieu est parfait : au calme, une belle piscine, un jeu de boule, de grandes tables pour les repas, plusieurs barbecues, plein de chambres pour que chacun puisse y dormir. Des cuisines bien équipées en plats, couverts, ustensiles, accessoires, machines à café, grilles pain, Laves vaisselle, etc

Very nice large accommodation
Lots of space, very nice pool, very nice owner (who live on the plot) and very nice old buildings. It is 4 kilometres away from the village, so car is needed. There is only one room with air conditioning. The owner supplied fans for the bedrooms. The wifi is not very good, and the phone network was not good either. It is a good place to leave the rest of the world on its own.

Week-end exceptionnel en famille
Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment exceptionnel en famille dans ce gîte! Nous étions 27 de 20mois à 71ans et tout le monde c'est senti chez soi! Les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment bien aménagés, on n'a manqué de rien! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, ils vivent sur place mais savent rester discrets et nous avons partagé quelques verres avec Christophe, le propriétaire qui a un très bon relationnel et de belles anecdotes! Nous avons eu droit en plus à de belles attentions à notre arrivée! Un GRAND MERCI à toute leur petite famille. Les gîtes sont vraiment bien aménagés également, on ne manque de rien et on a trouvé chaque gîte très propre. L'emplacement un peu reculé du village, juste ce qu'il faut, permet un séjour paisible! Seul bémol, la pièce de vie du gîte principal qui aurait était trop juste pour notre groupe si nous avions eu des températures beaucoup plus fraiches mais des aménagements sont prévus pour protéger la terrasse voûtée. Nous avions loué tout le domaine. Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde, nous étions 21. Les propriétaires vivent dans le domaine, ils sont très sympathiques. L'endroit est reposant, très fonctionnel, il y a des activités pour tous les âges. Nous y retournerons.

Toller Urlaub in herrlicher Gegend
Wir waren mit sieben Familien zu 30. in dem Objekt. Angenehm ist, dass es mehrere unabhängige Häuser gibt, auch wenn sich die Zusammenkünfte alle an der großen Tafel oder am Pool abspielen. In den beiden großen Einheiten waren keine Schlafmöglichkeiten in Wohn- oder Durchgangszimmern, in den drei kleineren jeweils eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wohnt allerdings direkt mit auf dem Grundstück. Er hat sich aber nie eingemischt und wir konnten uns ungestört bis tief in die Nacht unterhalten. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten hier eine Ferienwoche mit einer Jugendgruppe verbracht und waren total begeistert von der Location. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool ist das Zentrum dieses Weilers. Die Anlage ist verwinkelt und bietet Ruhesuchenden auch einige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der grosse Baumbestand spendet im Sommer viel Schatten. Wir hatten die gesamte Anlage gemietet und würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen.
