“The price of the room per night was on par with a lower-tier luxury hotel ($390/night), but did not match that offering. Upon checking in and getting into our room it had an odor that never went away, the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain did not properly enclose the tub, the door looked like someone had tried to break it open by the deadbolt with a knife from the outside (wood visibly chipped away), and on the inside of the door the peep hole had tissue paper stuffed into it.”

“There were no amenities but breakfast, which was absolutely adequate. The staff was very helpful, parking easy and the room was comfortable with good showers. The water pressure needed some help and a hair dryer would have been helpful but all in all the location made up for it.”

“Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.”

“The Inn was not what we were expecting but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, well maintained, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to Great Barrington. Breakfast was different from other hotels but was excellent”

“The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel. There were people arguing noisily outside our room for about an hour before midnight while we were trying to sleep. Street traffic noise was very loud starting at about 6 in the morning.”
