“The Symphony Suites is an 11 room boutique hotel on Santorini with world class views of the cauldera. The rooms are elgantly appointed, comfortable bed, and American sized bathroom. Our suite had its own hottub. Customizable breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choosing. The staff was phenomenal, especially the manager Georgia. They helped us arrange a car, recommend great places to eat, and arranged tours. Tremendous value. Cannot recommendany higher.”

“I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average ”

“As an airport hotel. This one is super easy walking distance to arrive airport (less 50 meters). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially when you arrive midnight because the airplane got delayed. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. No complaints at all so if you have next day long flight or early flight, this hotel won’t let you down.”

“Very good service and Breakfast. Super good mattress for sleeping. The reception lady Hara did a good job for delivering the bouquet of flower which I prepared for my wife! The only improvement is the whirlpool did not get the water hot enough. The technician seem have no idea about how to get water hotter, indeed after his adjustment, the water turns cooler. We didnt have a chance immersing in the hot water and enjoying the best Oia Sunset view.”

“We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel. Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.”
