"We stayed here for the first 2 days we were in Greece. We had the room with 2 twin beds. The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable and they had robes, slippers, ear plugs, toiletries and coffee/tea. The room was clean and smelled nice. Pillows were great! We also enjoyed the extensive breakfast with both grab and go options as well as sit down egg dishes. The location is also perfect as it is within walking distance to the metro and downtown town square where we started 2 walking tours....

To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient—especially when traveling with a disabled person. The entire place was filled with dust from the construction, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. This hotel should not be accepting guests while in this condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Electra Palace in Athens. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the Plaka neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants. The acropolis is an easy 15 minute walk. We had both breakfast and dinner at the 8th floor restaurant which has a beautiful view of the acropolis and city of Athens. The food was incredible. The room was well kept and comfortable. The staff were very helpful making recommendations and booking our taxi. An amazing stay!"
