"The location, views, proximity to the beach were fantastic!Communication was hard and we arrived to a locked house, eventually found the keys.We stayed in April so it was a chilly and rainy, the only heat is the fireplace. We were comfortable making fires but not everyone might. It is a solar powered house with solar hot water so when the sun isn’t out the hot water was tepid.The location and views are worth the quirks!"

"A really wonderful cottage in a very tranquil setting. I had an incredible view of the ocean. Very welcoming and friendly with great recommendations when I checked in really helped me plan during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Lots of incredibly beautiful beaches nearby, and some excellent tavernas. Made friends with some the local cats. Highly recommend and would love to return one day!"

"Fabulous bungalow with a wonderful outside area allowing you to make the most of the stunning view. We’ve had an incredibly relaxing holiday in a peaceful location. The kitchen had everything needed to cook an evening meal but there are also some lovely restaurants in the village. Christine is incredibly helpful and easy to contact. Nach kurzer Fahrzeit ist man an den Schnorchelstränden bei Paleochora oder Sugio. Aber auch Wanderungen (Höhle der 99 Väter!) sind in der Nähe möglich. Das Haus selber ist umwerfend. "Excellent family property in a stunning location. We had a great time and would come again. Just a shame the pool and garden had not been properly maintained prior to our arrival, (uncut grass and pool had a green algae colour throughout; I assume we were one of the first guests of the season), which is the reason for 4 instead of 5*. "We enjoyed a marvellous week at this beautiful villa set amidst olive trees and with a spectacular view of the White mountains from the roof terrace. Well placed for trips to Chania, Rethymno, Aptera, the beach and local villages. The villa itself is beautifully designed and very well equipped. Fun visits from the owners' dogs and very affectionate cat! A very peaceful setting - wonderful for anyone needing to relax and unwind. We will be keen to visit again some time!"
