“Wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit einer tollen Aussicht über das Meer, einem gepflegten Poolbereich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die für uns den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. In unserem Zimmer war die Rückwand des offenen Schranks stark von Schimmel befallen, die Toilette hat dauerhaft nach Kloake gerochen und das Zimmer war insgesamt……

“We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. This saved us time and money looking outside of the hotel for breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too. We spent each……

“The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception.”

“It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most”

“Dora was amazing! She helped us plan some great day trips. More local traditional Greek food at the dinner buffet would have been appreciated. Our room was very damp and smelt musty. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have asked to be moved if staying longer. . ”

“Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the property was spotless, architecture gorgeous, environment serene. It felt like a spa stay; the spa itself was nice though maybe not worth it for just the drop-in pools (the ‘sauna’ especially). It was walking, albeit a good 30-40 min, distance to town which was filled with cute cafes, shopping and fantastic dinner spots. The water was pristine, loungers comfy, beach bar perfect. Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got……

“Hôtel loin du centre de la ville mais au calme. Bon accueil du personnel et petite attention de gâteaux et vin dans l'appartement. Appartement spacieux avec belle vue sur la mer. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais très correct. Défaut : salle de repas éloignée du logement et bruyante. Bel établissement pour un séjour sur place.”

“Wirklich ein ausserordentlich gut geführtes Hotel. Essen auf Spitzenklasse, bester Service, perfekt gestaltete Anlage direkt am Wasser. Zwei Dinge, die man (v.a. in der Nebensaison) wissen muss: die Bungalows sind eher dunkel (keine Fenster) und klein. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.”
