“Great location! Cassidy and Wendy were great hosts and very good with communication. We did arrive in the dark and even with clear directions, struggled a bit on finding the cottage. The entry to the driveway is a bit rough and bumpy. Be sure to stay in the middle of the driveway. It worked well for a our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The "hobbit" area upstairs is great for kids. ”

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
