“So Convenient to the University!”

“Sheets had stains, burns and hair. Towels looked dingy. ”

“Room and bathroom very clean, Nearly all staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast, clean area and many choices. (try the yogurt-great) Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Felt safe. ”

“Didn’t have handicap excess-able. ”

“The GM who checked me in gave us a friendly heads-up that the hotel would soon fill with youth softball and baseball teams and their parents. Also, on my last night, I had split my thumbnail and needed a nail clipper. He said (and I think he was was telling a tall tale) that he was headed to a nearby store and would see if they had any. Moments later, he showed up with a new $3 pair from that story for which I insist he accept $20.”

“Room had ants crawling all over the room, bed and bathroom. Called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone and no one came to do anything about. Never apologized for the inconvenience this caused”

“This is a new hotel, so everything was impeccably clean. It would have been nice to have more weights and equipment in the gym, as well as a pool. The amenities they did have were nice though. The layout of the little studio apartment-style rooms was very nice.”

“The pool was closed for cleaning kids n I was upset about that the second day we stayed but otherwise it was nice and u can wash ur lundary for free there great deal !!!”

“All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9”
