Clean room. I liked that the room didn't smell like a disinfectant factory. It was clean and didn't give me a headache from the smell of soaps. Also appreciated that the liquid soaps in the shower were not highly scented. Another thing we noticed right away was the door stop on the room door. Many hotels do not have those. Sure makes it easier loading in and out. One thing I didn't like was there was no counter space in the sink area. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient - the blackout drapes were getting most of the air

The room was excellent: clean and well-appointed. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. We only ate the breakfast once, it was not as good as I expected. The waffle machine was broken. The biscuits were dry and not tasty. Second morning I had a banana in the room. When we left the girl with bright red hair didn't even acknowledge me. She didn't look up from her phone call(she wasn't talking either), she was probably calling rooms since it was almost 11am. I had asked for a noon checkout in a text and was texted back that 11:00 am was the standard checkout time BUT, I could pay $25.00 for a 1:00 pm checkout. I declined. I was hoping for much better customer service, better breakfast, and a pool! Disappointment and won't stay there again. I worked in the hotel industry for many years in Tennessee, I know what exceptional customer service looks like and Best Western you didn't do well. Nice room check but everything else nope!
