“Everything was excellent except for the bathtub where the pipe was clogged and the water was accumulated very soon.”

“Loved being so close to Tikal. Rooms were clean, staff super nice, good food at kitchen, pool was great at the end of the hot day (warm water from the sun so not refreshingly cool but good). Electricity limited - bring uSB plugs (no USB-C ports) - but they will charge devices in the office if you ask. Very few food options nearby but hotel restaurant was very good. Fav: burrito. No AC, ceiling fan only. I opened all windows and propped bathroom door open to get a small cross breeze but……

“Nos encantó que nos recibieran con una bebida refrescante el dia que llegamos, fue un gran detalle. El reataurante muy bueno. El personal siempre atento y amable, nos resolvieron sin costo extra el traslado al aeropuwrto a pesar de que la aerolínea nos cambió la hora del vuelo. Lo mejor de todo el personal, gracias a todo el equipo de este hotel.”
