“We had a great time stay at this property. Convenient location from Boone, Tweetsie Railroad and blowing rock. William is very prompt in responding to any questions. Hot tub was fantastic for the familiar to relax after a tiring day. Outdoor screen was great addition, however it more enjoyable during fall or winter when sunsets early. There are few properties at the backside, but there was no disturbance and it was very quiet neighborhood. ”

“Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off……
