“we arrived late at night and the night clerk, a woman, was super helpful and friendly. room was very nice and had alot of room. could have had better pillows but all in all it was ok.”

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

The food was excellent and my 15 year old son and 17 year old daughter are so excited to return to Surf City 🏄‍♂️ NC and continue playing this new found sport for them all out of my hometown of York PA. “I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience. As her manager, I attempted to contact the hotel to……

“I loved that this was an old building with lots of character. I slept well, shower felt great. There is a restaurant/ brewery in the building with great food. Try the brussel sprouts , amazing! They had a continental breakfast, grab and go stuff and an ice machine. Would love to stay here again if we get back this way.”
