Room rug not clean. Bad odor in room smelled dusty and mildewed. However, bed was comfortable and bathroom reasonably clean. Bathroom sink faucet wobbly. A/C unit could not be adjusted for individual temperature control. Continental breakfast leaved much to be desired. Little food choice. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Rooms needed updating. Door trim in bathroom was shredded at bottom of door. No framed pictures on the walls.

the only good experience I received was from the front desk and housekeeping staff. issues with the room, issues with the gym, issues with remote, issues with tv, issues with the internet. If it wasn't one thing it was another.

The hotel needs a remodel. Its dated and it shows. I stay here often. Housekeeping staff are very nice and will assist you when needed. Breakfast staff is fun and is consistent with having everything out on time. Front Desk staff are all pleasant and Geo & Alberto are attentive.

Room smelled musty. Temperature control had a low battery warning. Maintenance replaced the batteries. Bathroom had light bulbs burnt out. Holes in the bathroom room wall from the door towel holder hitting the wall. Breakfast was okay. Normal breakfast fare. Good location. Think I would try another hotel in the area if I went back to that area.
