Nothing they mention in the advertisement is a lie, elevator broken, pool out of service for year, I order a non smoking room and I got one with smoke smell.

Family if four just using the hotel for one night. Rooms are not soundproof, we heard a baby crying and people talking all night. Air conditioning was not working, room hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. Beds were small and very uncomfortable.

The Hall ways in 3rd floor smell like smoked but the room were clean except the blankets which had holes like cigarettes burn…

When my son and I arrived there was a moldy block of cheese in the fridge, the TV did not work and there was a mouse in our room

I liked the check in lady with her 3rd tit hanging out then i really liked the dogshit smell in the hallway we thought were running a puppymill.then michael vick was dogfighting..really disappointing place the tub faucet came off in my hand and no light in bathroom n i didnt get any birthday sex id like a refund

The room is in shambles. The bathroom tiles are all broken and slipping, which is going to cause an accident someday soon. The TV is tiny is very few channels. Paint is chipped off the wall, and as I was checking in the place was wreaking of pot. fire alarms are going off all night in adjacent rooms, keeping me up.

Floor in room was dirty with hair and dust everywhere, obviously not swept, handprints on mirrors and old water/toothpaste specks on bathroom mirror, ketchup dripped down a wall and wall on other side had dirt all over it. Sheets had (hopefully old) stains. Manager looked at the room and claimed the only thing wrong was a handprint on mirror . We requested a refund and left.

hotel very old has a pool but not working. my door key would not work every time i went out had to get someone from front desk with a master key to open my door.

I booked this hotel months in advance for a concert in town. When I arrived at the hotel following the concert I was told they "ran my card earlier in the day and it was declined so they cancelled my reservation". The reservation was pay upon arrival so I'm not sure why they ran my card prior to my arrival, and there was nothing wrong with my card, I had just used it. There wasn't a hotel available for miles and miles due to the concert in town. I was left without lodging for the evening. I suspect they cancelled my reservation to make a larger profit on someone who wanted to make a same-day reservation. I wouldn't trust this place.

Lot of broken things in room. Doort handle, tissue box holder under sink, push button light switch between fell off. Bed and pillows not comfy for my style

Employees very friendly. The condition of the room was in need of some repair. The air conditioner leaked, so a towel had to be placed on the floor, which did not help. The lamp shades are falling apart. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was definitely old and needed updates. My room haas a light switch that was new but detached from the wall. The Furst room I had did not have a safety bar. And there was a less than desirable smell.
Great location. It definitely appeared clean. I would hear the vaccuum cleaner and smell the bleach in the morning. The hotel is grossly outdated. The linens and towels are stained and ancient. Popcorn ceilings and walls everywhere. The remote control in our room didn’t work and the woman at the front desk was like ..yeah I have to buy batteries at the store tomorrow we don’t have any. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel needs an overhaul badly.

The place is not very clean. We had to ask for clean pillow covers. The sink in the bathroom leaks and a tiny fridge left on the floor of the room did not even work. I ended up staying there because there were no availability at other hotels

It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the entire thing reeked of smoke.
Our shower water was only scalding hot, so we couldn't shower.
The sink water/drain smelled like something dead.
Asked for a reduced rate because of all this and was told it would be passed onto manager - never heard back.

The most disgusting place I have ever been too. We were so uncomfortable and disgusted that we left this place 3 hours after check in. The place smelled like smoke The sheets and bed covers were stained and dirty. The chairs had dirty weird stains on them. The bathrooms were so dirty nobody wanted to use them. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to stay. My skin kept crawling the whole time we all had to leave and we booked 4 rooms with double beds. All were gross. Never again

Staff on nights was nice. Looks like the floors hadn't been done in months In the rooms,or hallways. Bedding had stains on it Coffee was okay.
But as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Everything was dirty the hallway, the elevator, the rooms were definitely not as advertised. The bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Wi-Fi didn’t work, wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel is very convenient location. Check in was quick. The only issue we really had was low water pressure for shower. Would definitely stay again.
