"Very accomodating staff. Problem is that the windows go to the street AND the restaurant which is highly active (music and party active) on weekends, and the rooms have no AC. So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!"

"At first the location seems really far from the centre however it is about 2-3mins walk to the underground and then a 10-15min ride to St Stephen’s and the public transport is very affordable. The room was spotless with everything needed including: towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. The staff were excellent, they were friendly, and happy to help. "
"The room was spotless and the bed quite comfortable. My room was away from stairs or elevator as requested. The staff I encountered were quite friendly. "
"Absolutely spotless room, left a note and free chocolates for my girlfriend’s birthday. Gave us vouchers for free drinks if we chose to skip housekeeping for the day. Really cool place and lovely decoration. Absolutely lovely hotel in a lovely city. Will definitely be my go to when i return!"
"Very clean and modern room and amenities. Staff at the reception are very nice. Location is close to a train station so easy to get into central Vienna. Breakfast could be improved to offer eg scrambled eggs and more types of cold cuts as the price is very expensive for what it offers."
