We only allow 6 guests in the home (unless approved by the owner prior to stay).

SECURITY DEVICES:
We have one actively recording camera by the front door overlooking the front courtyard which records audio and video. It is on the exterior of the property.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Our house is located 1 mile off of a maintained dirt road. If the road becomes muddy (during times of heavy rain/snow), the host will notify the guest and give them the option of canceling with a refund.

There are rare occasions that Edison will temporarily turn off our power during severely high winds, while it is hard to determine when this will occur, we will do our best to notify you if high winds are anticipated during the time of your stay.
