“Easy check in and out. One lttile snafu -- asked for a shower bench for a person who needed it but never got it in time.”

“We visited on a chilly weekend in May and Great Pines provided a cozy space to relax. Our Lake View Room had a perfect view of Fourth Lake and the bed was very comfortable. The common area with a large fireplace was inviting and we spent time on the comfy couches reading and visiting with other guests. Breakfast was average. We didn't meet any staff. Definitely recommend ”

“The front desk person was very helpful. She changed our room and was empathetic that it was not clean. The air conditioner was super loud, there were crumbs on the counters. The floor was sticky. And it had a general creepy feel about it. I will not stay at red roof ends again”

“I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

“House and hosts were absolutely delightful! The house and all of its collections were a treat to experience. Hosts did a fantastic job accommodating dietary restrictions for breakfast. Staying was truly a treat, and I would love to come back some day. Thank you!”
