“The room was clean but the mattress was very worn where you lay on one side and roll to the center, very soft. We dont need CC but could not get it off the tv, after numerous tries. The worst thing though was at 9:30pm a man was polishing the floors with a very loud machine and at 10:15 pm I called the front desk and said he has to stop. Considering how loud the machine is the time to polish the floors is 11am- 3pm, when no one is trying to sleep.”

“This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. “We love the whole vibe of this hotel. This was our second stay here. We didn't bother looking elsewhere! The check-in staff was kind and helpful. The room was VERY clean. The beds were a bit hard and the shower door could have used some cleaning at the bottom and the pool was NOT very heated. It was too cold to swim in it. All in all it was great and we'll be back!”
