"Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. It’s located in a beautiful, clean area of downtown. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay. They have a valet parking, but also one block behind the building is a public parking for a small fee. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great hotel in Knoxville. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They do have a dress code at the rooftop bar, which seemed odd becuase to get to the pool you have to walk through this area where staff members remind you of the dress code. There is no other way to get to the pool."

"They have bikes available for use, a cosy speak easy bar, huge front door, excellent service, beautiful retro decor, and a great location."
