Very clean, super nice hotel staff, and comfortable room. The Breakfast bar was nice, clean, plenty to eat and nice staff. This hotel is within comfortable walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg.

Staff was very courteous. Room walls are extremely thin and was able to hear TVs from next room and voices clearly from hall. Rooms overlooking Main Street were unfortunately subject to multiple fire truck sirens throughout the night very clearly heard. Location is great for downtown however.

Every staff member we met from the moment of arrival were friendly and welcoming. Everything was in excellent condition. The restaurant was small but cozy and the food and cocktails were very good. Great location for walking.
