“Room was disappointedly dirty and the bed (although comfortable), squeaked loudly every time you moved. Breakfast was equally bad; the French Toast could have been used as a hockey puck it was so hard - broke my plastic fork trying to cut it!”

“Bathrooms have a separate water closet (should be required in all hotels). Breakfast buffet was OK. Good selection. The front desk made this stay. Blaise went out of his way to help us with the reservation: he turned 2 separate one night reservations with diffferent rooms (all that was available) into a contiguous stay in one room. And he was professional and courteous each time we saw him over the weekend. ”

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

“The toilet is wobbly and unstable”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.”

“Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. ”
