Check in by manage was not friendly or helpful, and she did not put our parking choice and license number in the system so we received a nasty note in our vehicle. We were paying the self park charge , and she should have us in the computer system duly noted .

The property had a nice courtyard outside for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. We only stayed one night. The room was fine and clean. The ac had major issues and blew fire hot air which woke us up because the room was so uncomfortably warm.

Liked how close it was to other properties. Key card was system was down, had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come open our door for us. Woke up in the middle of the night with the room at 87 degrees with hot air blowing even though the thermostat was set on 72. Parking was very expensive.

The Hotel was not friendly, the female at the front desk seemed like she was bothered when I came to check in. The hotel charged me 30.00 a day for parking if you go through the city code scanner is only 20.00 daily parking. When I got to the room, the room was dirty and the toilet had urine stained on the outside. The tiles in the bathroom were falling off. the sofa was stained and the bed had dead bugs between the mattress. I used my own cover and since I was in a rush to take a family member to the hospital, I didn't have the time to complain or to wait for another room. This experience was very disappointing. If you are planning on staying in Knoxville there are better options or AirBnB there are plenty in the area. The only good thing is that is close to the marketplace. Also if you are planning on staying in this hotel anyway make sure to bring earplugs because you can hear people snoring throughout the night.

Your description of the Polar room is incorrect and caused us a big problem! There is no separate bedroom as per your website!!!! Management unwilling to provide adequate accommodations without charging. No bed sheets in room for pull out couch. Blankets like Brillo pads! Out dated rooms

I booked two separate stays and both times the room smelled sour. The first time the door to my room wouldn't open. I went to the front desk to tell them the issue. Instead of sending someone to assist. They told me "it happens" and to push harder. Not in a mean or nasty way. They were probably short staffed. I had to literally have my dad to shoulder bump the door just to get it to open. Maintenance should look into the issue.

Knoxville was just not the place for us. We felt it was very run down. This hotel is not well kept. We arrived to the front desk and checked in. They acted like we were inconveniencing them. We had already checked online and just needed a key. We proceeded to our room, opened the door, and was knocked down by muggy heat. The air was not on or circulating. Come to find out, after the daughter noticed the wall unit was inoperable, the unit on the floor controlled the room. We turned it on and left the room to cool it off. The room is very dark, and the light outside the bathroom did not work. Overall in poor condition. the pillows were the best thing in the room. The hotel dining restaurant was amazing and Teresa was a pleasure to be around.
