The front desk staff were so friendly & accommodating. We wanted a Ginger Ale because I wasn't feeling good, it wasn't available in the cooler. The front desk gentleman went to the restaurant to get Ginger Ale & brought it up to our room. That was so thoughtful & kind.
The property itself was very well taken care of.. the only thing that I did not like was having to pay for parking... the difference between parking yourself and valet parking is only 2.00... all in all... very good stay and i would stay there again...
Positive was the cleanliness of the room.
The outside area fire pit was not lit for guest to enjoy.
Lobby is beautiful, unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and no water pressure.
Really disappointing stay. Our room smelled strongly of ammonia, and they came to "smell it" and said it should fade, which it did not, almost making us sick. Also, there was no hot water for showers. Literally none. I have never written a poor review for a hotel, but I'd really discourage people from staying at this property.
