“The front door deadlock is broken and held on the door with tape. There is no working dishwasher, not only did we have to hand wash dishes but certainly they were not santizied before check in. The washer and dryer did not work. The wifi was slow and intermittent. There is significant water daage in the bathroom, and the ceiling was falling from water damage and held in place with packing tape.The bedroom lights didn't all work, there was a fan so dirty it is likely a fire hazard, and very very……

“The host has clearly made an effort to make sure all the little things you can think of are available. Lots of hangers, pillows, blankets, luggage racks, coffee, creamer, etc. The apartment was great and in a cool spot. The hosts were very responsive.”

“This was a great stay for my family when in town to visit NYC. We had a few small hiccups, but the host was great at fixing any issues and kept in communication with us quickly. Central air, close enough to the train to get into the city, plenty of space in the unit as well as super close to restaurants and stores. We absolutely loved the area and will be back in the future. Only down fall is I wish there were TVs in the bedrooms.”
