“Great condo. Super location. Enjoyed our stay very much”

“We are very happy with the stay and the location. The apartment was very clean and perfect for just me and my wife. The location is super safe and has an amazing coffee shop nearby. It is also located right next to Washington street which has so many stores, restaurants, 711, etc nearby. It is also located very close to the bus stop which takes you directly to manhattan (bus 126) and you can also take the Ferry straight (the ferry is about 20 minutes walk away). “It was a great stay in this wonderful apartment. Nice, clean and absolute amazing. The host was lovely as well.”

“This place is perfect! Me and my wife had the best time ever, perfect to visit NYC, the host was super nice. Everything close and Hoboken is as amazing neighborhood”

“This is a quiet shady street. The roof top area is a fabulous bonus. The walk to subway was easy. If you are not a fan of stairs, this place is not for you though. We would stay here again.”

“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”
