It was clean and well kept. I didnt like that when i checked in the lady working tried to make me pay again and then when i cslled her on it she put me and my paraplegic girlfriend on the second floor knowing there wasnt a elevator and then proceeded to trll me that if i wanted a handicapped room i would have to pay more.

Late Arrival

It was good. When we arrived there were people wondering around the parking lot randomly. It was a late arrival, so, it was already 11:30 pm. The room was good. There was a random burnt mark on the wall the size of a volleyball, near the door just over the electrical outlet. This was a bit concerning, but we just did not use that plug, so not really a big deal, other than appearance wise.

I got kicked out of the hotel because I had visitors and that's a very dumd reason to get kicked out of a hotel and because the room supposedly smelled of smoke but I got a smoking room so I don't know why he was even bothering us when we did not / was not bothering anyone. I stood in this place for 10 days. Definitely was very quiet once in a while. You hear some noises, but that's expected on a busy area. Staff was very nice. Friendly and cyes housekeeping is very, very good. Check out was very easy. I will definitely repeat my visit

there were bed bugs in the room, they wouldnt change me rooms or give me a refund. i will never use expedia again for there terrible policies. i asked the lady at the desk if the rooms were clean and no bugs.
