“We stayed at the Days Inn in Rutland, Vermont, and overall it was a very basic experience — really just a place to sleep for the night and not much more.

The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money.
