"The house itself is very nice, it has a good sized kitchen, the living room is large with enough seats for 5 people comfortably. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very spacious and one of the spare rooms has more than enough room to add a cot if needed. There is a fenced in back yard and a quaint front porch for 2 people to sit on. The beds are decently comfortable, and you will get a good night's sleep from them. "The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "
