“What I liked most about the property was how clean and well-maintained the room was. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would also like to mention the spa team — they were very professional and provided a great experience. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like during my stay.”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that my GPS let us to an entrance to the hotel which was a ramp and then it had a big drop so I bottomed out my car just letting people know to only exnter off of the highway entrance. There was a caution orange net there but somebody took it down and we arrived at night so we did not see that.”

“We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.”

“Elevator did not work, toilet wobbled when you sat on it, a/c was loud but very cold, property was old and needs some TLC but seemed clean and cozy. Had a Beef OBradys bar and grill in the parking lot which was nice.”

“Very nice motel, good location, safe, well equipped, clean and tidy, good service, good breakfast, our first hotel in Florida, very good impression, great value for money! Thank you for giving us a great night!”

“The staff at the Ladylakes Hampton Inn went out of their way to help us after our reservation problem with the third party agent. Everything was very well done there and everyone pleasant as well as helpful and capable. We will definitely stay there again.”

“Not bad ”

“The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”
