The entire motel was fully renovated with very nice touches. An covered outdoor seating area for smokers with a fireplace. Breakfast was bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, waffles, hard boiled eggs, coffee. This changed the next day. I have not been at a motel that actually changed menus. Well lit area in the front. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was OK, not much pressure on the shower. Very comfortable bed. There is a small microwave and fridge. Tiny gym, I did not use it. Major issue was the noise.
