“We had a nice stay”

“I wish we were able to stay longer, because we had such a nice time at Hotel Galena. Nate has such great hospitality and we felt so comfortable like we were staying at a friend’s house. We had the standard room, but I would have loved to book a whirlpool room next time to relax and unwind from the day. They were already booked up unfortunately. Nevertheless we still were able to rest and relax. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants as it is right off Main Street. The rooms are……

“It was a bit noisy with kids running around. But eventually it quiet down late at night. I really loved and enjoyed staying here. I’m definitely going to return. All staff members were amazing! ”

“Loved the theming of the hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms very good size with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub that had extended hours for adults on the weekend. Would definitely stay here again for safety of the location, easy access to dining & shopping, and close drive to downtown. ”

“The staff were very friendly when checking in and out! The traffic noise from the Interstate was quite loud and somewhat annoying! I realize that can’t be helped now! The window felt like there was cold air coming inside. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable! There were not enough available plug in sockets. Only trash can available was located in the bathroom!”

“The check-in staff member I had was amazing! So nice and helpful! I asked for a late check-out due to my work hours and they had no issue giving it which I appreciated. But while I was sleeping, I had a staff member walk into my hotel room without knocking. I woke up to my door opening. The person then left my room without saying anything. I got out of bed to see the issue and there was a vacuum in front of my door and a person said “sorry, I’m so sorry”. I reminded them that I have a late check……

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The location is perfect distance to walk to some nice downtown spots. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Omaha. ”

“Hot tub was extremely hot couldn’t get in, pool was hot tub temp. Rooms couldn’t get cool, way too hot! Breakfast fantastic, front desk friendly!”

“Under staffed, no coffee pods, no orange juice for breakfast, bar tender wouldn’t stay behind the bar, so if customers wanted anything they had to chase him down, one very nice lady working the whole breakfast crowd”

“We enjoyed the two room suite - spacious and noise levels were low. We requested an extra blanket but room staff was language challenged we - English /. they- not! Because they gave us a new set of sheets instead! Not a deal breaker but noticeable. ”
