"The staff did not give us any info on Breakfast times, shuttle bus times and places. The breakfast was ok the same everyday. But very comfy stay, rooms were amazing."

"Breakfast was fresh and they had some different items to choose from. Room smelled clean when you walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Parking is a little confusing at first. When you get there you have to pull in front of the garage door next to the front door and then go in to pay for parking. There are only a certain amount of spots so it’s first come but once you pay your parking is secure until you check out. Gated parking in back. Short walking distance to the train and a 10 min uphill walk to the subway. If I ever need a place to stay in the Bronx again, I will choose highbridge."

"Great location that’s convenient and quiet. Overall it’s a very small hotel which I prefer. Staff was friendly but there are zero services. No room service, no bell hop/luggage assistance/and no one will bring anything to your room. I found the lack of services to be off putting. Probably won’t stay here again. You’d be better of spending a little more and getting a lot more for your money or going cheaper and having the barebones service be more acceptable. "

"Wonderful staff. Room was clean and New-York sized, plain but comfortable and clean. Wish there was coffee service that didn’t require wait lines at the (excellent) French bakery cafe on the first floor. "

"One of the features that was in the booking was electric car charging. When I arrived I was told it wasn't working. Also that it was not under hotel control which was misleading. I come from RI in an electric vehicle so this is an important feature when I book rooms. I hope this will be fixed because the rest of the hotel was excellent."
