“The air conditioning in the hotel was poor. Had to switch our room because the A/C was out. After getting to my new room, that A/C went out as well.”

“Me and my partner had such a great time ! The staff were all super nice and friendly. We loved the architecture of the estate. The room was super spacious and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the 4th of July bbq outside with the dj. We also enjoyed walking around the estate and exploring the mansions. The restaurant Goosefeather was delicious!! We had a 10/10 experience overall and would recommend for family or a couple quick getaway.”

“The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower”
