“This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable for us to stay with 6 adults. There was some confusion with getting the key code at check-in & we were waiting outside for a while. I reached out to the owner & we received a quick response with the code & check-in instructions. The owner was very responsive & we would definitely recommend a stay at this modern condo.”

“I really appreciated the hosts constant communication and quick responses. The property was perfect for hosting our party. Clean space and modern appliances. We really liked having the space within walking distance to the train station. One star removed due to the parking situation and the pillows/blankets were not very clean (yellow stains). Otherwise really great.”

“This is my third year renting the house for our annual spiritual entrepreneur retreat and it was a wonderful experience as usual. We were so excited to see that the kitchen has been renovated with all new appliances. The addition of the dishwasher was a huge help for our groups and made clean up after meals so much easier. I'm grateful to the staff and operators that keep the home organized and clean for us. We will be back again next year! ”

“The sheets were way over bleached and burned my skin. The bed is way too soft and the sofa is uneven and sinks. The area is quite scary especially at night, and it is surrounded by vacant lots and construction zones. Most of the other stores in this building are closed, and homeless people walking around. The cleaning products use have a distinctively bad smell that even the air conditioning couldn’t eliminate, and the air conditioners are so loud you can’t hear the tv if they are running.”

“Le personnel était chaleureux et très accueillant. Nous avions réservé le Studio Plus avec le lit Murphy. Le studio était confortable, propre, bien équipé et moderne. La laundry room au 8e étage et la fitness room étaient très pratiques. C'est la 2e fois que je loge chez Placemakr lors de mes séjours à New York et je reviendrais sans hésiter.”
