“Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a……

“Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.”

“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”
