“Continental breakfast was well stocked. The room appeared to be minimally cleaned (crumbs on window seat, used coffee pod still in coffee maker). Adequate linens, but only hard soap and a shampoo in bathroom…no soap holder at sink. But room had refrigerator and microwave. ”

Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. “Im a gold member and the desk clerk Loran was not nice at all. I know I booked through a 3rd party but that was bc it was last minute. She didnt speak, she kept coughing not covering her mouth or apologizing I asked her about the bottled water she said its for honors members. I said I was. She got an attitude and advised bc I did 3rd party I wasnt privileged to get. I advised ive done 3rd party before an was able to get it . I get it, even though I never heard that before but she didnt have to……

“Showed up around 9 pm. The front desk associate (a younger man) asked if I’d be interested in sleeping with him. I politely declined and went to my room. He later came knocking at my door around 1130 pm. I did not open the door. As a female traveling alone, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.”

“I liked how clean was the property and very kind staff. They should let customers know when breakfast is over and have it for a longer time. Until 10:00 am. Not everyone goes in business traveling. Some people would like to enjoy a little bit of extra time.”
