The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”

“We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. “This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay.
