“This place is great! The pictures online do not do it justice. The property and the lake view are beautiful. It is serene and peaceful and quiet. It has an outdoor full service bar area and pizza oven and BBQ. As well as an outdoor shower and full bathroom. Multiple seating areas! We had a great time. Would definitely go back!”

“We had never been to Niantic before but seeing how many repeat guests came here was a testament to everything we experienced as well. What an amazing B&B. Everyone was so friendly, the room had nice touches with a cringe fan, rockers on the porch, beautiful decor, great water pressure in the shower, and a fan and drawers in the bathroom (one of my biggest pet peeves in most hotels!). Breakfast was fantastic, as was the wine and cheese and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Even the included……
