Our main concern was that there were no apparent smoke or CO detectors, a single egress and the only fire extinguisher was in a box under a sink. This violates CT fire code. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there.
