“Die Beschreibung des Apartments ist sehr irreführend. Es handelt sich um ein Apartment, in dem 2 Zimmer vermietet sind und man sich Küche und Aufenthaltsraum teilt, wie eine WG. Die Zimmer Einrichtung ist spartanisch,die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet. Lage ist gut. Kommunikation ebenso.”

“Highly Disappointed!!! Our family did not stay here since I could not get the property manager to respond to my emails/texts. They never sent check-in information. I had to contact the main VRBO office, who also could not get response from property manager. We got reservation cancelled and full refund. “Very nice place with everything you could possibly need including some thoughtful touches in the kitchen and storage room. By sea view, I thought it was closer to the beach, but was a few minutes walk through the village - was glad the property owners advised us to bring a flashlight because it was certainly needed at night. Certainly felt safe but was just dark, and you had to navigate some unpaved areas. Kiwenga is a very quiet area - perhaps a bit too serene for our taste but the apartment...

“My family of 5 picked this luxury apartment for a recent trip to DAR. Check in was 4pm but we arrived at 4:45pm, but the apartment was still being cleaned. We dropped our luggages and left to allow the cleaning to be completed. We returned at 10:30pm only to find numerous live creeping bugs and a coakroach in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. "Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in order to get it solved. The shower didn’t have hot water and as well they been around two hours to fix it and ee couldn’t have dinner because they closed while we were waiting to be able to have a shower. Terrible experience i would never recommend it to anyone."
