Tucked away in a secluded and peaceful neighborhood in Ngermid, this gated & charming 1 BD/1.5 BA home has everything you need - a fully equipped open air screened in kitchen, vibrant living area, infinity pool, free parking, WiFi, and within walking distance to Nikko Bay (one of the best kayaking spot in Palau!) The living/bedroom area has 1 queen size bed, 1 twin size bed, and a comfortable sofa. In addition, a designated work space, smart tv, celling fans, and an air conditioning unit that works great at cooling down the room.

The beautiful kitchen offers a local vibe - screened in, open air. You can hear and see the rain, feel the fresh air, and listen to the birds!
