We got to the resort early and did a pre-check in. We got a text 10 minutes later saying our room was ready. We went and got the keys, however when we got to the room it had not been cleaned yet. We called and told them it hadn’t been cleaned. They were very nice about it and gave us an upgrade to a suite. They were extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The resort is a fine place to stay and hang out, but anyone can come and use the pools and facilities so not sure why there is a resort fee. It is also very outdated and seems not maintained like most Margaritaville resorts we have stayed at. My sons wanted to fish, which was a main reason for coming, and there is only one fishing dock and a boat parked there most the time so there wasn’t any room to fish. The pools are great but so crowded because they are open to anyone who wants to drive up in a car or boat. The food is ok but not worth the price. They do have an arcade, bowling and pool for kids which is nice. Overall it was just ok but definitely not worth the price.

Great place to take the grandkids for a few days. Plenty of things to do at the resort and within a short drive. We have been going there for several years and I think this year we had the best service yet. From waiters to housekeeping we had a good experience.

My family of 5 just recently took a quick vacation to Margaritaville and we were so pleased! The beds and room were perfect! Clean and comfortable! The staff was beyond accommodating! We spent most of our time in the pool and the kids had such a blast! We loved eating at Landshark for a quick lunch and didn’t have to drive! Also, I lost a souvenir I had bought and the staff quickly was willing to replace! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great family trip!!

The staff was the best, they were all very helpful and kind. Food was good at each restaurant we ate. The only problem we had is parking isn't the best for larger trucks.

This place is nothing like their advertising, the pools were small, dirty, over crowded. You couldn’t take anything in with you, not even water, you had to buy it. Anything you wanted to do cost money, not a little either. The room was very outdated with just a coat of paint. No microwave in the rooms, no complementary coffee of the morning, just a dirty one cup in the room. From the outside you could see where the top balconies had wood rotting, that looked very unsafe. That will be a place we will never go back to. The man at the first desk was rude and acted like he was herding cattle out to catch the shuttles.

The only issue was no elevators, it’s 2024 and most people don’t travel light to a resort if you plan an extended stay especially. After traveling all day, not one person was ready to make several trips with a lot of luggage and coolers, and I’m not even mentioning how far we had to park, that was expected.

No amenities are included and everything is way overpriced. $43 for two drinks at the front Dest bar, $48 for one single game of bowling, pools open to the public. No discount for food nada. Room smelled old and dirty. Vegas price for a motel 8 stay. Don’t waste your money. Won’t be back.

Highly disappointed and would recommend The Lodge of 4 Seasons. Dirty, plumbing astronomically slow or sinks will overflow, no for sofa bedding, balcony dirty and full of spiderwebs that have obviously been there for quite sometime along with guest internet access issues. Definitely not worth the cost in anyway.

Pools are too small for the amount of guests at the resort. Lounge chairs around pool are in poor condition and need replacement. Very uncomfortable to sit in due to the fabric is stretched out and your supported by the crossbars underneath.
