This property WOULD have been great probably as late as 1997-2000, This is 2023: It is BADLY in need of a complete overhaul, upgrade, remodel and replacement of old items like furniture, amenities etc. It is badly out-of-date. There are paint issues in the elevators, around the building inside and out are outdated and shabby items that should be REPLACED in an overall refurbishment of this property. Again; it was probably great AT ONE TIME, but is overdue to be fixed up in a major way. Whomever owns this property needs to invest in it and shut down for repairs, remodel and UPDATING of this place.

The room was dirty! We knew this was the “off season” but it was obvious this room had not been used for a while and was not “freshened” up before our arrival! Dust on tables and most items in the room. The lake view consisted of a small cove with a wooded area that looked to had accumulated trash that guest had literally thrown off the balcony! The screen door to the balcony was completely ripped off the the door frame and lying against the side of the building. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again!!

The location is fine. It definitely had the feel of a place that was no longer well loved. The smell of cigarette smoke was unwelcome. The view of the lake is nice.
