"Libby was amazing!! Had apartment ready early at very short notice. Apartment is gorgeous!! Only thing missing is an island or small table for eating. Everything was clean, neat and had what we needed. Had a situation with another guest (loud party late into the night). Libby handled it for us quickly!! Will stay again if returning to the area. "

"There is a strong strong disgusting smell of some sort from the minute the entrance door is opened and throughout the whole area. Sprayed deodorizer but didn’t help. Being a basement, one might expect some odor BUT an air purifier, freshener or a deodorizer would certainly help with that! We weren’t there that much and it provided a place to sleep so we made it! The advertising photos are deceiving and looked much nicer than it is, therefore misleading in every way. We wanted an extra blanket...
