Like New - The Perfect Mountain Retreat

We recently purchased this house and have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. We are excited to share our vacation getaway with you. The home is 1,100 square feet on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet sub division. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper.
This mountain home provides the mountain enthusiast the opportunity to do most anything they desire! Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. You could also drive to world class ski resorts ( Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco and Breckenridge) in under a hour.

The home has an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and wifi with cable TV. We just purchased all new bedding and towels too.

The master bedroom features a comfy King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

2 week Leadville Stay
We stayed for two weeks for the Leadville 100 Mtn Bike race. Owwner was extremely helpful, house had everything we needed. Location was great, not in the middle of town but in a quiet neighborhhod so lots of parking. And we used the garage to house 4 bikes and lots of tools and parts. Kitchen was sufficient and all the paper products, soaps, detergents were all provided. Will definately stay again.

Leadville Motorcycle Trip
This is a fantastic little home very close to Leadville. We stayed here while on a three-day back country motorcycle trip. It is very close to downtown Leadville where you will find nice restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely book this place again if I'm back in the area.

This home is so comfy and clean! Very well supplied and decorated beautifully. In a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. I had two elderly ladies with me for Mothers day and this residence was perfect with no stairs. Would highly recommend this home and was even better than advertised. :)

Had a couple friends come out for a fishing trip and we found this nice spot in Leadville. The place is great and served as a wonderful spot to return to after long days outside. No complaints, and will be looking at this place again next time we visit the area.

We enjoyed are time in this house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the fireplace is amazing - so easy to operate and warmed the room! The proximity to Ski Cooper and to the main street was great. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Loved it!
This is a great cabin just off the main strip in Leadville. We enjoyed the short trip to Cooper for skiing. My only advice is to prepare yourself for the elevation. Staying at 10,000 feet is a different experience. Drink lots of water! Thanks again for the great experience.

Everything about this rental was 5 stars plus! The owner sent us a very detailed email with tons of info about the property and local recommendations. Check-in / check-out was very easy. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. The gas fireplace was great, you can tell the owners put a lot of work into their property. We will definitely stay there again. Highly Recommend!
We stayed here for Thanksgiving with some friends and family. The house was in a small, quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. Owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Leadville is the perfect small town for our trip and is close enough to plenty of ski resorts and Breckenridge to go for the day. Highly recommend this stay!
