“This 100 year old historic Galveston home is beautifully restored with all the modern amenities you can want. The list of amenities in the description is extensive and accurate. Also, owner generously supplies consumables like dishwasher detergent and toilet paper as well as beach and pool towels. Recharging stations throughout the house. Pool area, deck and fences in yard was so welcoming and secure. House is located on Broadway, a very busy street, but the owners even thought of that by……

One of the best things was having access to the 6-seat golf cart to get around town and to the beach. Great communication with the owners. Plan to stay here again next time in Galveston!”

“Pros: - Comfortably fit a large group there were lots of beds - 3 full bathrooms made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time - The home was well furbished and decorated. - Walking distance away from the strand with lots of restaurants and bars Cons: - The shower head in the master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. It wasn’t usable with the amount of water that was coming out. - We tried to cook dinner at the house one night and even brought some of our own kitchen……

“The home was small but functional. The beds did not seem to be queen size but the headboards were. The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived and asked us to give them additional time to finish. The neighborhood was questionable, lots of foot traffic, men sitting on the corner with loud music and drinking. As single women we would not stay here again, it did not feel safe.”

“I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient. ”
