“I was so impressed with this cute and cozy Waterfront getaway. It was very clean and had a wonderful view of the Highland Bayou. I got to fish on the deck with plenty of shade and at night I fished from the top deck and enjoyed watching the fish swimming in the green light. It was very peaceful and I felt safe especially knowing that I could park within a gate and within view of security cameras. The little house was super clean and there were so many wonderful extra touches that made my stay……

“This property is NOTHING like the photos or description. It’s not “charming” at all. The house sits on a busy main road with constant traffic noise, and it’s so poorly insulated you hear everything, including a kid bouncing a ball next door.When we arrived, the house was 57 degrees and freezing. It took TWO DAYS to warm up to a livable temperature. There were NO extra blankets; we had to buy our own just to survive the cold. The floors were sticky and clearly not cleaned. Then a mouse got……

"Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names."
